At Rockin' W Lifestyle, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — please review size guides carefully before ordering.

We do accept returns or offer replacements for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Items with a manufacturing error
• Wrong item received

To request a return or refund: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at whit_mcneely@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Custom and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
